Guoyu Chen is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Ohio State University. He earned his M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2020. He earned his B.E. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, in 2019. He earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University in 2019.
