Ming Chen received his Ph.D. from the Dept. of EECS at the University of Tennessee and is now with Facebook, Inc. His advisor was Dr. Xiaorui Wang. Ming Chen received his B.S. and M.S. both in Electronics and Information Engineering from Northwestern Polytecnical University in Xi’an, China. Before beginning his PhD study, he worked as an embedded software engineer at Embedded Multimedia Software Division of ZTE Corp. in Shenzhen, China.

  • Quality-of-Service (QoS) control in real-time systems
  • Power and performance management for computer servers
