Guoyu Chen
Guoyu Chen is a Ph.D. student and joined the PACS lab as a master's student in 2020. He earned his MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2020 and his BSE degree from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Northern Arizona University in 2019.
